Yes, that’s true. Site development or site prep costs can vary widely. We would be happy to assess the “buildability” of one site versus another. Slope, rocks, utilities, access, all impact cost. The assessment helps you determine the real cost of the site.
When you request a change, a cost estimate is provided for your approval. If accepted, we proceed with the change.
Yes. Every change, no matter how small, will add time to the home-building process. The amount of time will be determined and included in the cost estimate.
